2025 SSHS FFA Plant Sale
It all begins with an idea.
Saturday morning at South Side High School was pure magic!
The FFA greenhouse was packed — not just with plants, but with energy, smiles, and a real sense of pride. Everywhere I turned, students were answering questions, offering advice, and sharing stories about the plants they helped raise.
I went in thinking I’d pick up one or two things... and left with my arms full. Gorgeous hanging baskets, strong veggie starts, bright blooms — I couldn’t resist! Even better, every dollar supports these hardworking students and their amazing program.
There’s something special about buying plants grown with heart. I’m already counting down to next year!
